Rising Star Industries

Heck, just the name evokes amazing memories. We had the world by the tail then. After going through the "Z80 Revolution" with Technical Design Labs, here we were, working with a very large company (Epson), designing the "Penultimate 8 bit Personal Computer". It was a tall order. We had felt since the early 70's that the future was going to include a computer in every home. The only way to prevent "THE MAN" from controlling our lives with HIS computers was to have our own. Put enough computers into the hands of the people, and you will prevent the total domination of the many by the few. Incidentally, it looks like my plan worked...
